Has a stranger ever yelled at your child?

Yes. My kids are autistic. When someone intervenes they receive this information. They generally are then quick to apologise. If they carry on regardless, then I give them plenty of verbal abuse in a loud voice and explain to them for the benefit of themselves and society how deficient they are both in mind and in soul. I have a low tolerance for imbeciles who think they know it all and the world revolves around their tiny tush.

We have only had the term “Karens” for a short time and it is a horrible term very unfair on many nice people who bear that name. The sort of person described by this term is nothing new though. I could give numerous stories of people who in their own minds become instant experts on what needs to be done with autistic children, I mean really autistic children, even if they have barely heard that tem used and would be unable to define it.

This was the last in the group where I have uploaded them in order of the number of upvotes. As from two days hence I will be uploading this series from the ones with the highest views to date on Quora.

Bengal Cat Cares for Autistic Boy

Original YT playout date: 19 June 2010

There are various animal therapies offered to autistic children – hippotherapy (which involves horses, not hippos, by the way), kynotherapy (known in Polish as “dogotherapia” as otherwise the carers might take them to the cinema instead of giving them King Charles Spaniels to play with, and even dolphins are pressed into service to give animal therapies to autistic children. What you don’t read about is cat therapy for autistic kids – well, it stands to reason, doesn’t it? Cats have autistic characters themselves, how are they going to help kids who are autistic interact?

Well, maybe because of that, they’re actually on the right wavelength to understand. Here see for yourselves how Pushkin has a relationship with my son George which seems to enrich both of them. Whenever he leaves the house, Pushkin follows him around and looks after him – but when a spider appears, the race is on and the fastest of the two gets the treat!

For Parents of Children with Autism

This is just a heads up in case you have not yet tried Omega 3. For Tatiana and George here it seems to be producing the best results of any method tried so far. Certainly between December 2008 and Summer 2009 we spent a fortune on this gluten free casein free diet, plus xylitol and all the other things involved in that diet, with no effects either on removing the “offending” foods, nor on returning them to the diet also. The idea that autism is caused by improper digestion of gluten and casein producing some morphine like substances may well be the case for some autistic children, but, it would appear, not ours. However, omega 3 contains as part of it a mild chelative acid, aiding the brain to rid itself of mercury. There is no way to take part of a child’s brain and see if there is mercury in it, the only thing to do is to chelate mildly, and if there is an improvement then the suggestion is that thimerol or other sources of mercury and/or other metals has caused the condition. At the present time the amounts of metal in and around us, through vaccines, through food, even in the air, with the exception of lead which has decreased since unleaded petrol, is much much higher than in previous generations. Even 18 years ago, when there was already a fairly well developed diagnostic apparatus for autism, about 1 in 8000 UK children were born autistic, as the NAS were quoting back then, now it is one in 300. A startling rise. This completely discounts the idea that a gene of autism exists, and on the other hand the fact that many people despite vaccinating do not have autistic kids, whereas others have more than one autistic child looks like a genetic predisposition, but people who have autistic children often cannot identify anyone who had autism previously in their families. The gene, in so far as it exists, is probably a lack of ability to prevent metals in the blood from entering the brain, the so-called brain-blood barrier. Probably the gene which is causing autism in such amazing numbers now which was not seen before is an innate lower ability to deal with mercury which never needed to be put to the test until the end of the twentieth century.

The issue needs to be properly examined, and if it turns out to be the case then at the double we need to research chelation techniques for affected children. Omega 3 is great, but it only scratches the surface. On the other hand I know of someone with a child which had Asperger’s Syndrome, and Omega 3 on its own was enough to provide a complete therapy.
