You’ve got the whole series now, of James Whale’s shows on PRUK. Unfortunately for his international viewers, James decided to try out a show at LBC instead, which is a local radio station for London. In fact one of the first and most successful independent radio stations in Europe, unlike Playradio UK which was not commercially successful and which already at the time you see here was preparing behind the scenes for its own demise. It lives on on this and one or two other channels. Hopefully we will see him and other colleagues from that time again in the future, in the meantime, here’s a final chance to see the master at work in the Sussex studio of PRUK.
