“The Way We Were” Car-aoke

Original playout date: 18 June 2007
Duration: 2:49

In a queue on a certain well-known Warsaw street, I decided to do “Car-aoke” again. This time the famous Streisand number.

Now, adding this to my blog ten and a half years later, I get a very good remembrance of the Way I Was, and I don’t think I’ve changed that much to be honest, although maybe I could do a better rendition of that song today. Not sure, have to try at the next karaoke meeting.

Quote of the clip: “So it’s the laughter we will remember”

Other remarks: My wife so liked the road Zwirki I Wigury, out to the airport in Warsaw with it’s avenue of protected trees in the centre and parks at the sides, that she said to herself she would like to live near this road if ever she lived in Warsaw. And that’s precisely what happened, so dreams do come true.
