Earth Hour in Warsaw

The ordinary inhabitants of Warsaw vote with their light switches to show what they think about how our human activity can influence climate variability.

The UN, that diabolical organisation, has started these yearly events encouraging the people to put their lights out at a specific strategic time around the Spring Equinox every year.

I’m just wondering whether all this isn’t just a way of getting people, unknowingly, to assist in an act of mass witchcraft. As an act of obeisance towards “”Gaia””, the Earth mother deity of the pagans, people in their own homes dim their lights at the culmination of one of the most powerful witches’ sabbaths of the year, lending their tacit support to the atrocious spells being worked out against God’s people and God’s plans by the new age pagans.

Think twice before doing anything these people recommend you to do, from vaccinating your children to eating certain foods according to some “”codex”” they’ve drafted, to even switching off lights at certain times. They have their own beastly religion which they are trying to force on the world, on the people who rightly belong to Jesus Christ.

An Evening with Krzysztof Orlowski, part 1 of 2

Much travelled Silesian musician Krzysztof Orlowski, whose group and whose own compositions you can find on https://annapietrzak.com/gitana-electric-eclectic-2/ is a gentleman I met in this place, Hotel Amber at Olesnica, one year ago. I filmed his concert at the restaurant and put it on youtube, it was appreciated by the viewers and also Krzysztof himself saw it, and got in contact with me.

These days he’s not playing at Amber so regularly, but was kind enough to come and join me for one evening and played a few of his fine medleys. In this part, we can hear his medley of Piaf’s “”Vie en Rose”” with Burt Bacharach’s “”I’ll never fall in love again””, as well as the Girl from Ipanema performed with impeccable style.

Dangerous Parking

How sensible is it to plonk your van down and leave it just where the traffic is coming off the level crossing? The whole situation could easily get gridlocked if two of these idiots decided to do the same thiing on either side of the crossing – and the result could be that vehicles get trapped on the tracks when the next train somes. How can someone not see that? Anyway, thankfully the drivers on the other side of the road showed more foresight, and let us pass, therefore avoiding the risk of such a gridlock on the railway track. It just goes to show the sort of people we’re sharing planet earth with.

By popular demand, Longlat and Merlin to be precise, the Huliganov Rants are back. I’m leaving too controversial topics alone this time, but the question of whether to watch a film before or after reading the book, if so be there be one, is a popular evergreen for ranting.
