What do we make of apparent scriptural inconsistencies?

Some Christians pretend that the apparent scriptural inconsistencies just don’t exist, they try to ignore them and read on or brush them under the carpet. It is a way of faith, but not a way of very strong faith.
On the other hand, It is better if we can try to see what it is that the apparent inconsistency is intended to be saying to us. Maybe it is an error of translation in some versions, in which case we can go back to the original languages. This obviously doesn’t apply to the Book of Mormon, where you can’t do that. However, I don’t recommend treating that as scripture anyway. Or the Qur’an for that matter, where you also wouldn’t need to refer back to the original language as Muslims are supposed to be reading in it anyway, so that the nonsense doesn’t become evident on translation. How weak a faith is that, by the way?
Don’t expect to understand everything, but expect that in God’s time you will understand
So accept that some things appear to our logic irreconcilable, and try to work out what that teaches. There are doctrines, for example the doctrine of the Trinity, is a reconciliation of such apparent inconsistencies. If these seeming inconsistencies were not there to be reconciled, we wouldn’t have such a strong base for the doctrine.

The best definition I have been able to devise for myself for “eternity” (or “infinity” aka. “Ꚙ”) is “that which is outside the time and space creation in which we currently operate”.
Role of dark matter and energy in what is outside the current creation
It may be that what we call the dark matter and the dark energy which make up actually the majority of matter and energy of the universe but which doesn’t seem to act along the same set of rules as our “light matter” does, and for all we know may be working in its own time frame independent of our linearity of time, is where our souls exist with the body we have in this creation as effectively their avatar. You cannot find a cell in this body where the “I” actually is. And many cells of the body change out many times in the course of life. Hardly any cell is exempt from autophagy.
Nevertheless, the “I” remains the same, the consciousness that you are someone, that you have a sentient existence and an identity. You go by a name, which is not necessarily (almost certainly not) your real name you will carry in eternity when you find out who you are in the plan of God, but one that proves that you are you and not just part of an insentient mass.
Functional upgrading of the New Creation in physical terms
That’s why it doesn’t really matter what happens to your body, even if they enbalm and mummify it or make that Walt-Disney-head thing. Or if they atomise it into its components and blow it to every point of the compass. It can be reconstituted in perfection at the Resurrection, because that is an upgrade of matter a “new creation” which may be made of that same “dark matter” and “dark energy”. But there are much greater functionalities with regard to its existence in that Creation’s equivalent of lines of time and space, which may be entirely different to ours to the point of not being subject to envisioning.
There could be dark matter and dark energy far, far beyond what we can even detect the possibility of which is that which is somehow associated with this universe. We have worked out that this universe is finite, but the dark matter and energy could be and probably is infinite It is “dark” because it is outside the expression “let there be Light”. Not that it necessarily has the properties we associate with darkness here, for God is the Light of it. .
Thus there is no end to it either in terms of time or space, except such as God may determine, hance we use the terms “eternity” and “infinity” almost interchangeably.
Then what we do in this training ground affects the outcome of this soul in that place.
The purpose of the current Creation
In this current set of dimensions which we experience, we have a Creation with a start and a finish. We are part of this Creation. Jesus Christ is both its alpha or beginner, Creator, Author, prime mover, and its Omega, its Ending, its plan and purpose. Humans are made in the image of Christ, and therefore in the image of God, although God is a spirit, ie inhabits that other realm as it were natively, Jesus Christ the Creator of this realm also inhabits it natively, this time literally natively as here He was, as planned from eternity, to have His nativity. This is not television or any of the media mainstream with one single, PC version of the truth being pumped into the brains of those relying on it for information.
This is YouTube, this is the internet. This is a place where, for the time being at least, alternative views, views and information that the mainstream don’t want you to know, are still available. There are different, conflicting views of reality available here. There are many fictions, fewer truths, and it is a place where you have to take responsibility to forage the information and work out your own world-view, as your salvation, with fear and trembling, at times.
The age we live in, this age of easy information, may not be around for as long as we think. Technology exists to follow what we see and hear on line, to censor it, to demand from participants on this free information market internet passports and other marks of obeisance to the powers of this world.
Google, which recently pulled out of China over their internet policies, has recently been doing information exchange deals with government and security agencies, and of course they own this place too.
Right now, you can use YouTube to inform yourself about all sorts of ideas which may seem strange to you – conspiracies that must simply be of the wall. But treat it this way – if all it is is a wierd form of entertainment, then enjoy. But if you see one day that these things are taken down, and that is already starting to happen, then it shows that there is something in it, and you’ll be glad you saved some stuff that will help you know how to survive if the things some people are saying about the New World Order are true.

Concern about what obscenely large corporations and secret interests are doing to us is pervading both left and right, both Christians and atheists, and many of the other traditional opposites are actually finding themselves united in asking questions about what is going on in the world. Even some freemasons are astonished when they discover the agenda of certain interest groups which you cannot join without first being a 33rd degree Scottish rite mason. It has nothing to do with the “”making good men better”” line that got many of them in there, and everything to do with the side which is filtering people into the ones who will be masters and servants, or even extinct.
The rant here, as I walk along, was kicked off my my happening on a memorial service for Irena Sendlerowa, outside a building near my house where she worked in the 1930s. She saved 3000 Jews from the Nazis. Perhaps the most fitting tribute would be if in this video we could get 3000 more people to access and save the information that could save their lives if the soft kill is implemented that Jane Burgermeister, Alex Jones and others have been warning about…
Ask yourself WHY there have been no transcripts of the deliberations of the Bilderberg club meetings. Many people were only in there because we the people had voted for them, weren’t they? How do they even justify going into secret meetyings at which the global agenda is decided and not reporting back to the people who gave them the mandate. Why do we ever vote for anyone who has been in sucha secret meeting, or who is a member of a secret society? Why do we even tolerate secret societies? What have they got to hide? Why doesn’t the cant that “”if you have nothing to hide it can’t hurt you”” maxim under which we are asked to put up with cameras on us all day long, and snooping through the net, why doesn’t this apply to the masons and why doesn’t it apply to us photographing police when they step out of line while policing democratic protests?
