Birds of Poland

Original playout date: 7 November 2007
Duration: 4:30

Poland has a wide variety of birdlife, from white-headed eagles and great bustards down to tiny wrens and colourful golden orioles.

Here we just see three kinds of bird in a Polish setting, but one is the stork which is almost iconic for Poland.

Quote of the clip: “If someone says to you, “you’ve got thrush matey” it doesn’t necessarily mean a bad thing.”
