Reutlingen

Original playout date: 7 November 2007
Duration: 16:04

“The first in a trio of German cities taken on a recent excursion to the Baden-Wuerttemburg part of Germany. Coming up are Tuebingen and Stuttgart.

The earlier parts of the film are night shots, but if you don’t like night footage stick to it anyway, it gets on to day footage after a few minutes.

Reutlingen has a few landmarks worth taking in, and among other things in this video you will see the street which holds the record for being the narrowest one in the world.

The co-ordinates for that street are:
geo:lat=48.490700503317946 geo:lon=9.215683937072754″

Quote of the clip: “This is where people used to auction their wives when they had enough of them in the Middle Ages”
