Random Clips – a video scrapbook

Original playout date: 7 November 2007
Duration: 3:38

This is only 88 views after 11 years of existence. And yet, it has meaning for me, and is even a very nice one, if only for the images of my dearly departed mother and father enjoying themselves with us, and Simona calling Sophie “the most beautiful child in the world”, which of course was before she got to know her ;-).

Yes, all in all probably one of the nicer “Random clips” videos I have done. I have a few of these, ones which have nice little bits of footage that don’t really fit an ordinary film.

This is from 2006 and actually represents some of the earliest footage on the channel. Wasn’t put together until later on as I was making sure I had everything. For sure it would be lost on old computers by now otherwise. The birthday party for Sophie was her 6th.

Other remarks: The restaurant at 1:47 in Konstancin is one you will not see today. It was destroyed by fire a year or so after this and never got rebuilt. People say it was a mafia vendetta, but these rumours are not always necessarily true.
