Lovely to remember the time my parents and I were enjoying Flammkuchen or tartes flambees together in lovely scenery in France. Contains a nice gallery section for the photos taken that day. I remember how that day the temperature down in the lowland was about 5 degrees hotter than up in the crests.

Our friends’ parrots – Les Perroquets de nos amis

Thierry and Annie-Christine have two lovely parrots, an Amazonian Green and an African Grey. The African grey did a bunk a week ago, and after five days of liberty was fortunately retrieved. He is still a bit dazed in this video.

Alsace Series #1

Developing the idea of “series” from trips, here is the first in another series, namely the Alsace family holiday we had in 2007 mmeeting my parents over at their friends’ place in Alsace. In this first film we see where we spend the first night in Legnica. The second day we crossed Germany and saw among other things a crop fire.

They are all one day out, and they can best be enjoyed from beginning to end as one piece, hence putting them into a single post.
