Huliganov’s Russia #10/11 – What friends we had…

This episode commemorates the spirit of the people of St Petersburg, their heroism at the time of the blockade, a great genocidal crime committed by Germans and Finns on the people of Leningrad, and the friendliness of people living there today. Features the family and friends I found there that I didn’t even realise I had. In the words of Joel: “We never knew what friends we had, until we came to Leningrad.”

This is the penultimate series, there is an error in the titling at the start saying part nine, when it is part ten of eleven. I didn’t want to recode the film over that small item as nothing is perfect, but I thought I’d better point it out in case anyone is confused.”
